Photoshop is pretty awesome at letting you create whatever it is you dream up. Playing around with different editing effects and finding new things you can do can be so much fun. I’ve experimented with a ton of different techniques, myself: adding snow, painting in light, replacing skies — you name it. In this video tutorial, I’ll walk you through the process of adding a falling rain effect to your images in Photoshop.
